I feel so lucky to have KALX in the Bay Area, it's no set genre but they tend to play a ton of indie / contemporary stuff.

Couldn't agree more but since he just did his Christmas tour I'm guessing not. Even though he is playing Walt Disney Concert Hall on April 22.

Saw him in SF a couple of months ago with Jamie xx. Amazing set and would definitely appreciate to see him in the desert next year.

The dates are fairly indicative of them playing Coachella. They're a really enjoyable band to watch. I've seen them in tiny and large venues and its always been a great show.

I've seen Animal Collective a couple of times have been impressed with each performance. I love how they bleed songs together, and also reinvent older material with new renditions.
