I so got the shuttle idea fixed:

1) I pack my car tight with as many possible, I have a Honda Civic.
2) Everyone gives me $2 or so.
3) Drive everyone up.
4) I come back, use that money to...

24hr pool and jacuzzi
shower access in the gym, whatev.
a light breakfast... save some money there.
I have talked to the workers, and they've done this many years without safety problems...

I have a hotel room at the Travelodge in Indio (3.5 miles from the festival), looking for someone(s) to go halfs with me. The room is $150, making $75 each. Fri & Sat nights only, looking to check in...

I live dreadfully close to LA, and am willing to lend out a ride to and from the festival to one who really needs it.
