Richie Hawtin for sure, maybe PVD, any other EDM that sounds good and isn't too crowded to dance to.

He does play minimal most of the time - but I heard him last Nov in LA at Avalon and he was anything but. The crowd was in a frenzy. So I think a lot of people would enjoy his set at a festival...

Not a link to the Bowl, but if you go to the Ticketmaster website and search for Underworld it will pull up the show - the catch is you have to buy 5 shows for the Bowl to get the Underworld tix,...
