My supervisor was my very good friend for a few years before I joined the company, so she knows it's what I do every April. Just need to submit my PTO request and I'm golden.

Same here. I've worn running shoes, Old Navy flip flops (several years), Chucks, sandals ... always been okay. I'm lucky, though - some people definitely need to be more careful with their footwear.
ha, me too.
I camped my first year, then drove the next 5 years. One of the years it was ridiculous getting out but other than that it's been fairly smooth. I would say on average it's taken me maaaaaybe 15...
Last time I saw them was at the two Hollywood Forever gigs and they were both INCREDIBLE!! Love them so much, I'd be overjoyed if they played Coachella again
I just cried so many tears reading that. That's HILARIOUS!!
Hell yes I did! I think it's neat to be able to check in to the set I'm watching
I definitely hope to catch at least part of their set. I've seen them several times and every time it's been a LOT of fun. Looking forward to them.
2008 wins in every level. Emotionally, physically, musically ... nothing has topped 2008 for me. It was the perfect day and night, day in and day out. Can't remember the last time I've had a weekend...
Le fucking Butcherettes!!!!
By any chance, have you checked your order history on FrontGate's website? Does it show up at all that you have the order?
hahaha, my friends and i always have a great time watching gatecrashers get mean tackled and then we cheer when they get driven away - they had it coming.
Hands firmly clamped!
Damn ... gotta make sure I leave my house super early to plan for nasty ass traffic and be there early for this ... didn't really think they would go on that early.
Agreed. That one was an extremely difficult choice to make. I went with PiL, though. They were one of the bands I never thought I'd ever see in my life.
For the first time in my life, allergies kicked up last year. I've NEVER had any type of allergic anything and they decided to make their debut appearance at Coachella last year, and they came out in...
Man, that's a GREAT idea!!! I'm gonna have to do the same or find you, hahaha!
Thank you.
Yeah, they were the highlight of FYF for me easily. They put on a great, fun show. It's hard not to dance.
Agreed. His moves have sexy written all over them. I can't wait to see them again!!!!
Also, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez.

I camped my first year and it was a pretty good experience, all things considered. I hit the showers as soon as I woke up, and I was waking up early because of how unbearably hot it got inside the...
I look forward to it. Their set is just as fun to watch as it is to watch the fans having a great time :)
haha, no joke ... a great live show always does it to me :)
I haven't seen her and may check her out to say I did and because I used to like her, but I get the feeling that Lauryn Hill will be the answer to this question after Coachella ends, just based on...
I'm extremely, extremely excited for this. Definitely who I'm looking forward to most that weekend. I've seen him play outside of the Mars Volta many times and I've never been disappointed, so I look...
Wow, I just listened to that first clip ... definitely need to check them out. I LOVE this sound.
can't wait to boogie to "la negra tomasa" in the desert <3
I'd love for Santana to be at Coachella, freakin LOVE it. Don't see it happening, but never say never! :)
Funny, I'm listening to Beirut right now for the second/third time ever and was thinking the same thing. That would be so cool.
DAYUM!!!! That's gonna be out of control!!! Super can't wait for that!
Cool! I wouldn't mind seeing Social Distortion. I've never seen them.
I'm going to A Perfect Circle next week and saw Die Antwood this week, but I was there for Ron Artest ... just thought I'd catch Die Antwood to see what all the fuss was about.
I can't wait to see them at Club Nokia. Just can't get enough of them! And their new music sounds really good so far - the new songs sounded great at Sunset Junction.
That would be amazing. I'd love to see Mr. Bungle. Faith No More was my favorite act this year and I didn't even know much about them. Definitely a fan now - can't wait to see them at the Palladium!
I'd say no, but I also didn't think Jack Johnson would be a headliner. During the week leading up to that Coachella, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind that someone else would grab that crown....
They are amazing. I was at Spaceland and Troubadour and they were something else. I'll be very disappointed if they don't play at Coachella.
My friends and I are going to be looking into a house too. That's very useful!! We don't even know how to start looking, haha, but this helps a lot.
I want to go. Don't have anyone to go with, but this is going to be incredible.
Umami is absolutely AMAZING. I went with a friend after some Amoeba shopping and omg. He loved the ketchup, too. For a bar, my favorite is Barney's Beanery in WeHo. LOVE IT.
Hahaha, me too!
There's this one video where they cover Molotov's "Gimme The Power" with Juanes. I saw it on Myspace videos a few years ago and it was awesome. Very excited to see them :)
PiL vs. Fever Ray. UGH!! I wanted to watch both full sets, but THAT ain't gonna happen now, no sir ... :nono
That would be incredible! I haven't seen him play in a while. It would be awesome to see him again in the desert. :)
Irrelevant, but I want to say how much I love that you have Jaco Pastorius as your avatar.
THAT would be hot in so many ways ...
Last year I saw a guy sneak in alcohol in a sunscreen bottle. I guess they emptied the sunscreen bottle (probably poured it all over themselves beforehand ... so it wasn't a waste), cleaned it, and...
Aside from the arguments sprouting all over, I like this thread. Definitely checked out most of the bands mentioned. If Kinky played ... I'd need to carry with me a clean pair of panties. :) Seeing...
I agree that kids probably shouldn't be taken to Coachella, but not because it's annoying. It's cute seeing parents expose their kids to a music atmosphere at a young age. Coachella, however ... the...
Apology not accepted! ... unless you can get them out of Coachella! :)
The Mars Volta.
