I was at the HOB Anaheim show. They were very good.

I've been 11 days now without a cigarette and feeling pretty damn good. Still doing some weights and stuff, but I will have to start on the cardio soon.

I'm doing pretty good so far. Haven't had a drink since the day before new years eve. Went from smoking 30 cigarettes a day down to approx 0.5 a day. I've been a lot calmer behind the wheel as well.

LA Galaxy beat NY Redbulls last night to get to the Western Conference final. Hopefully we can beat Real Salt Lake on Sunday to make it to the MLS Cup final.
