Hi everyone! I'm looking to buy tickets in the secondary market, but I don't have much experience with it so I have two questions:

Do you recommend waiting until after wristbands have been mailed...

Little off topic, but where do you recommend to buy tickets in the secondary market? Craigslist seems a little bit sketchy.
