Cheers buddy.
Hi guys. I did have a browse through this thread and couldn't see anything particularly definitive (apologies if I overlooked it). I'm coming over for England for the festival, and want to try to be...
At least you don't need to worry about missing the FA Cup Semi-Final...
Six of us coming from Manchester for weekend 2.
Tis true. Last year it was far too hot (for weekend 2 anyway) for it to be an issue though.
It was weird to be at a festival and actually...
Yeah, they do search your car thoroughly. We took a crate each, which is officially judged to be a responsible amount. I imagine they wouldn't be too arsed if you brought more, as long as you're not...
Friend just got this message:
"For security purposes, you have been logged out.
If your transaction completed successfully, you should receive your receipt via email shortly.

I couldn't find the showers! I just went for the classic "shampoo in the hair, throw a bottle of water all over yourself" each morning. Worked fine. That being said, getting to the hostel I was...
Do you mean a caravan in the traditional sense, as in towed behind a car, to go with a camping pass? Because they don't allow those, or RVs or mobile homes or anything like that.
We went into Salton Sea Beach I think. There's stores? We didn't see any that looked like they'd opened in the last 30 years! Explored around the bit of town next to the Marina and around the Marina...
The only problem I had was waking up at about 7am on 20th April (the Friday of 2nd weekend, and first proper day of the festival) and being offered weed as I was crawling bleary-eyed and hungover out...
Are you stalking me? Because that is exactly our plan (and then heading to New Orleans, Miami and New York afterwards...).
Originally from Poynton (between Stockport and Macclesfield), now live in...
We came from Manchester last year. Here's my tips of things you'll need to consider:
Try to camp - camping is great fun. Much MUCH better than camping at English festivals (partly because of the...
Have to say, car camping is one of the best things about Coachella. A glorious arrangement. By comparison, at English festivals you dump your car in a car park and lug all your stuff from there to...
This sounds like magic. I distrust it, and distrust you.
But try not to have so much fun on any day other than the last that you ruin the next one!
Or just do what I did last year, and...
Where've you got this from? Can't see anything on the website.
Have you actually found a solar charger that works? My experiences of them is that they are an utter bag of wank. I live in England though, so I suspect the problem is that we don't actually have...
Preferably one where a lot of the information (such as stage times) can be downloaded as part of the app so that the international visitors among us (without data connections) can download the app...
And tickets cost double?
I think you can buy it later, but if you do obviously you run the risk of the camping spots selling out and being out of luck getting any alternative accomodation.
I came over from England for 2012, and plan to do the same for 2013. As people have said, its dead easy - the tickets don't get sent out, you just pick them up from the Tennis Club a few miles away...
