I loved The Frames and Girl Talk. Oh, and Rodrigo y Gabriela.
Rodrigo y Gabriela!
When everybody was singing Wish You Were Here was one of the best moments of 2007 :)
I'm sorry I just don't get ratatat. Saw them opening for DP in L.A. and they just seemed like a bad Album Leaf rip off.
1. Gogol Bordello - Seeing them just a couple of months ago just reinforces how great their live show is.
2. !!! - The world seemed like a better place by the end of their set.
3. Ratatat - great way to end the festival (nobody in my group really wanted to see Rage, and we were too exhausted to stick around for the Lemonheads).
LCD Fucking killed it!!!
Mike Relm!
I was thrilled to see Rufus Wainwright and Damien Rice, but Mike Relm blew me away!
do NOT miss Gogol Bordello this year
DO NOT DO
as good as LCD Soundsystem was, i think the only reason Gogol Bordello doesn't have 80% of the vote is because they were up against Bjork, so not many people saw their set...
gogol bordello was just intense
I'm going to try and be in the middle this year so I can be trampled to death
also I keep wondering why sonic youth wasn't main stage? the mind boggles
Gogol Bordello blew me away. I had heard there stuff before, but mostly went to get away from everyone and their twink cousin at the Bjork show. their performance was incredible. It was like Cirque Du Soleil on crack fronted by Borat. Such high energy in that small tent.
Yes! I love that Gogol Bordello is winning this. Great description buddha. Welcome.
fail?
This is bullshit, I didn't vote Gogol. I think Mrs. The played a trick on me.
Klaxons, Ratatat, Damien Rice, Hot Chip, The Fratellis
I wish I saw Faithless and Sonic Youth.
Explosions in the Sky
Soulwax
Ratatat
Hot Chip
DJ Shadow
Klaxons
Digitalism
The Rapture
THEN LCD Soundsystem, which is what I voted for
THEN Justice
THEN Of Montreal
Oops I guess Explosions in the Sky were on the main stage, though they were early in the day..
LCD Soundsystem owns all.
Gogol Bordello I just don't get... anyways they were at the same time as DJ Shadow and I feel damn sorry for all youz who missed THAT show... sooo sick
I saw nobody on this poll list, so I'm voting Amy Winehouse.
There.
Where the hell did this thread come from...?
Placebo & Willie Nelson
