Question on Camp ground Age Restrictions..

I am 20 & am going with someone who is 17. Will we both be allowed to camp? even if we show up with two camping tickets, will they tell us it can't happen. I DONT' UDNERSTAND, THEY CAN'T DO THIS! What other options are there, if they're strict about it? please help with suggestions my friends.

I heard there are some ok places to camp that are offsite. Someone posted this which is a guide on how to offsite camp, if they really are that strict. I don't remember the check in procedure or if they even checked ID's last year. I hope it all goes well though.
