I left my template at the office this weekend and was unable to put up a thread for Sunday. It's busy this morning, so I just grabbed Xanman's predictions and put something up so everyone can have something to chew on. I will try to update Friday and Saturday before the end of the day.

Yeah, I had to go with something b/c people were getting antsy for a Sunday thread and I didn't have time to really think it through. I figured this would at least get the ball rolling.

i was going to go through the litany of things wrong with it, but maybe i'll just start from scratch today.

I don't think James Blake will conflict with Prydz

10 minute changeover between Nick Cave and RHCP?

the faint will be in a tent.

are you guys not reading that these are xanman's predictions and are thusly void of any worth?

how do we feel about thee oh sees closing the gobi?

conversely, what about ghost? (i think they might be billed too low but it'd be a good guitar driven alternative to the chilis.

also i think one out of prydz/pretty lights/excision ends up in the new tent, along with either hardwell or oakenfold.

Should have just waited for Boourns to finish his Sunday set times.

whatever it's monday and i have nothing to do but wait for news right now.

i was sort of thinking vampire weekend closing the outdoor personally. thoughts? (yes i understand where these came from, still providing input)

Even if these particular predictions are not that great, they do illustrate one thing clearly. The last couple hours of Sunday are going to be brutal. While Sunday is probably the weakest day overall, god dang is it top heavy. Which makes it actually kind of nice that the headliner is so terrible. Thankfully, I think Kalkbrenner will probably be a little earlier in the day, so that should help a little. As much as I would love for him to close out the festival against no serious conflicts (at least for me, as the current prediction has it), I just don't see that happening. A Wu-Tang, James Blake, Prydz, and Loco Dice for way conflict would be a fucking travesty. I wish I had something more constructive, but I keep starting at the schedule and I can't figure out a good way to make it better. I think either Prydz or Pretty Lights will close out the Sahara. And I could see James Blake closing out one of the other tents. Mord Fustang seems a little too popular to open the Sahara (though, maybe I'm wrong about that).

I think rodriguez will have a sunset slot.... Hoping for the outdoor, but more likely the gobi or the mojave.....
what do you guys think?

I was thinking Prydz would get an hour and a half to two hours in that slot, also Kaulkbrenner would be till closing. Also put Paul O as 6-7:50 and Hardwell 8-9

lol I didn't put those actual times in, he guessed on them based on the placement of my spreadsheet.

The Faint on the main and Rodriguez in the Gobi at night are both so hilariously misguided I dont even know where to start.

I really think that Dead Can Dance will be closing The Mojave and Tame Impala will get the sunset slot on the outdoor
Also RHCP will play to a silent outdoor

I did read the thread. I am disagreeing with a time in this very thread.
