Wow, a really dreadful season this year in my opinion. Only one show I would like to see. Despite the fact I can't stand new M83, I definitely would like to attend that orchestra show. Their concert at Disney Concert Hall in 2009 was phenomenal. And Phantogram is a nice opener.

I know you've just posted the KCRW nights... but there are some seriously interesting shows you are missing.

Bummer it's on a Sunday, makes it hard to travel for it (I'm in New Mexico), but sounds like a great show. I think eventually they sell single show tickets, but initially can only be secured through purchase of the subscription to the three shows (all of which I would be interested to see, but again, they're all on Sunday...)

ah, I see. I guess I'll just keep checking back to see when the tickets go on sale. maybe something can work out to where you can make it a long weekend and go?

i'm guessing the headliner on 8/4 is a band/artist playing a show coming up and can't be announced until that show is over. could be wrong

Well, you can get first dibs if you buy a package deal ( subscription) for some hollywood bowl shows. Right now they have all options avail to look at and to buy tickets for. If you dont like any of the packages, you can wait for the buy 5 concerts sale happens. Or wait til after that and get single date tickets. Its nice being a subscriber since you do get access to other stuff people do not. I had a subscription for 3 years and always had the chance to upgrade the seats I had every year, or just keep what I had. And they would give you some info beforehand also sometimes, cause they have to entice you when they call you for a renewal. Also diff presales and allotments come with being a subscriber. And you dont pay fees either. I mean, thats how you see the same people with the ridiculous box seats each year. They just keep it going and get to where they are.

Am I the only one that liked the Goat Rodeo sessions album and have interest in seeing it? It's not the greatest season but a few shows I have interest in.

Thanks for the info! if I lived closer I would definitely consider a subscription or package like that since there's always 3 or 4 headline shows I want to see and I"m also a big classical/pop orchestra fan as well but being 2 hours away makes it tough to get to anything in LA or Hollywood especially on a regular basis. Hopefully there are some decent single show tickets released at some point so that I can go. :)

Its per ticket. So $125, $94, $60, $45 multiplied by the amount of tickets you are buying is what you are paying.
