Been seeing Modest Mouse since 1998 and even got to cook for them and drive them around Bellingham when we booked them at Western Washington University in 2001. What a fantastic set that was and I got to watch it all from offstage. And the boys were all so nice! Oh, the memories.

That set from Sasquatch was fantastic. If we get a set even half as awesome as that it will be one of the best sets of the weekend.

Oh god this would be amazing. They played a ton of LCW stuff at Sasquatch 2011 and I kinda freaked out anytime they played a track from the album. When they brought out Cowboy Dan the people around me must have thought I was insane. I would die to see this album performed in its entirety. The Moon and Antarctica is great and I know everyone says it is Modest Mouse's definitive album and all that other jazz, but Lonesome Crowded West is the Modest Mouse album for me.

Stinkbutt, imo issac stays away from some of the older material because he was so fucked up back in the day. Its hard to revisit some of it.for him.

I don't understand how the Yeah Yeah Yeah's, the xx or Vampire Weekend got billed over some of those acts...but just because they're billed high, doesn't mean they'll get "good" slots. They cram a ton of more mainstream acts on the main stage during the day...

Doesn't really matter so much if they close or not, but if we can make a LCW setlist come to reality then it would make Coachella all the more worth it.

It was a good'n. They were making up a rained out date from a few months earlier. I was really happy with the setlist and the performance... I cannot wait to see them again.

I seriously hope they get a night slot though. They deserve it. And I think it will make the performance all the better. Sunset slot is alriiiiiight.

But yeah I need Cowboy Dan........... don't see it coming tho
