My friend got to see Prince in that MLPS club on Friday night. Said he played great as always. It was like his 30th time seeing him play.
Prince performs shows at this house/concert venue/studio about an Hour outside of Minneapolis that he built, all of the time (2-3x a year, sometimes multiple nights in a row). Some are "secret" shows (invite only with major security) and some are ticketed events of about 1500. It's pretty cool.
