This is as shitty a confirmation as you can get but the sound manager for Excision just e-mailed me asking advice on renting property in Palm Springs since he is booked to play (Sahara tent on Sunday). This is second hand information that will get some heat but he also mentioned Blur and Stone Roses are booked. I can't guarantee the validity so take it for what it's worth (ie. not much).
We Should ask MotoRave to see if its valid.
