Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
ugh ... i should've went to hard haunted last year. so far this lineup is nowhere as good as last year's soulwax, 2manydjs, fatboy slim and tiga. i might as well go for justice just because i've never seen them before

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
Don't think i'll go if its not at the shrine. Lineup isn't really what i'm looking for either. Bummer HHM was one of my favorite events

Fuck I really want to see Para One.

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
JWLS was pretty awesome opening for A-Track back at HARD LA this year. The "B2B" between Brodinski and Gessafelstein should be interesting. I'm sure there will be lots of hugging on stage (like at the Key Club), but i'd rather just see them kiss.

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
Fucking Christ, I'm nutting over this lineup. I'm assuming the Knife Party stage will be mostly dubstep, so you think the HARD stage would look something like Justice, Major Lazer, Tommy Trash, Jack Beats, Crookers, etc? I figure Diplo will get put on the Moombahton stage with Zeds Dead and KTN on the Knife Party stage. Fuck, I'm going to have so many god damn conflicts; at least I finally get to see Baauer.

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
This lineup is super 'bleh' to me... It's like HARD ate a meal consisting of the last 3 years of lineups and then puked in their own mouth a little and this is what came out.
This whole one day Day of the Dead bullshit is a disgrace to what was once an amazing 2 day Halloween party.

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
Bro Safari and Titsworth, huh?

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park

Everyone says this every HARD event but 50% of the lineup hasn't played a HARD event before.
Anyway I'm gonna have to pass. No Shrine. Gonna be cold as fuck at the park. Halloween event after Halloween. And no one on the lineup screams must go.

50%... that's a little off my friend. Besides, most of the acts that have not played a hard event before are undercards and they are billed lower than Destructo. Not worth $50.

I don't care about billing or if it's worth it to you. All I know is 17/28 of the acts have never played at HARD before. That was my only point.

I maybe go to this go boom boom untz spaz.

Well that would make my point more valid

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
Since you are getting nitpicky (even though you don't care to go), there are 29 acts on the lineup. Of the 16 acts billed above Destructo (including Destructo), 11 have played hard events before. Anyways, my original point was that this lineup is very underwhelming and not worth the money. The higher billed acts are recycled.
I set up a DJ gig for Gary in Mammoth a few years back and he asked for $200 and a drink tab for his crew. The new bookings of the undercard are nothing to brag about. This lineup has zero "wow" factor.
Now, nitpick away.

Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
4 stages for 1 day is too much...
-
Re: HARD Presents: Day of The Dead-- Nov 3rd-- LA Historic Park
In relation to who's playing any given festival the term should be "whineup" not "lineup".
