I'm a "maybe" for Jamaica. I was thinking of going to Peru & Colombia for the holidays, but if that doesn't work out, this would be a nifty alternative. Maybe I could even room with one of you fine people(?). We'll see.
ran out of sugar daddy money?
That's it? Anyone else?
Ah yes. Both, I presume?
I'm not a regular around here, but I'm going on the Bahamas cruise. Can't wait for Michael's Club!
LETS KEEP THIS GOING PLZ KTHXBYE
I really thought there would be more of us doing this. Still, going to be one hell of a party.
If it was a Mexico cruise out of long beach i'd have seriously considered it. just too much money right now.
I'm going for the Bahamas, but I don't know anyone anyway. I'm also going alone. I wonder if this was a good idea, really.
You may be going alone, but you won't be lonely on this. I went to Glastonbury and Primavera alone and had the greatest times. One of the many people I met at Primavera is one of my roomies for this. Hope that helps.
I know it's a horrible idea for my bank account, but there's so much potential for this to be the best vacation ever. Four days of overindulging in all these pleasures without the hassle of camping or commuting? Yes, please. I just hope the longer set time promise means full Pulp sets. They were doing such a stellar job of mixing up their setlists on that blip of an American tour, after all. Also curious and a bit nervous about the whole signing up for the gigs thing.
I asked to be paired with a stranger. All I'm hoping for is a roomate that respects private property. I have no idea what to expect otherwise, never had any similar previous experience.
Yeah I'm a little nervous about signing up for the shows as well.
Better sign up fast for Pulp or you'll be stuck watching Sleigh Bells with Kvnty
Oooo man ill freak out if i get denied pulp show enterence
That's pretty bullshit to not guarantee everyone can see the fucking headliner of an event this expensive.
If it ends up going down that way, they'll have found a way to handle this situation worse than ATP did with Jeff Mangum last year. If you buy a ticket to an event, you should be reasonably able to catch any artist performing at that event.
Celebrity Silhouette capacity: 2886 passengers
Sihouette theater capacity: 1115 passengers
Looking at the photos and there's no way the pool deck can hold a significant number of people. Certainly not everyone like the one the Weezer and 311 cruise. Fuck.
Makes me glad I decided to skip to be honest.
The FAQ does say
Not sure how the numbers make that possible, but there it is.Quote:
Will I get to see every band?
You will certainly have the opportunity to choose to see every artist at least once.
They're only guaranteeing the opportunity to choose. If you don't attempt to choose before all the allotted space is taken, sucks for you, but they still presented the opportunity.
