I know when I did layaway the last two years, I've received a payment confirmation e-mail on the first of each month. If I'm not mistaken, today was supposed to be the first payment for 2013. Maybe it's delayed because it is a Sunday, but did anyone else receive a confirmation e-mail yet?

yeah i just got an email w/ the order and i was like 'wut why' then i realized at the bottom it's updated to say the first installment has been paid.
Was starting to get worried, but got my payment confirmation about an hour ago. Feels good to know I won't have to worry about this in Jan.

Yer better off putting a gun in yer yap than dealing with the dumbasses over at frontgate. Trust me. I have had a couple of serious run ins with them fucks over there. I was getting nowhere but frustrated and stressed out. My payments were not coming out cause of some CC error they were having an "AVS mismatch" meaning I changed my mailing and billing address on my credit card, never did!!! They insisted it was my fault and that there was nothing they can do to help me. I was gonna lose my passes. they will tell you to relax and that they are working on it. If you get nowhere with frontgate contact coachella themselves: email info@coachella.com, actually I'd just go ahead and contact the coachella people asap.
