Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
My Bloody Valentine just announced a set of 3 shows to happen in Japan on February 2013. That automatically makes the elegible to play Coachella.

Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
I hate to be the Negative Nancy here, but both Depeche Mode and My Bloody Valentine sort of strike me as "one time Coachella artists". Then again, The Cure fit that description as well, so who knows.

Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
I'm going to take a different route than most of the suggestions here....
Fugazi
Jawbreaker
Jets to Brazil
Drive Like Jehu
Sunny Day Real Estate
Jawbox
Faraquet
Engine Down
Q and Not U
Grade
Quicksand
Seam
Archers of Loaf

Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
Blur has to play next year. They haven't played in America since they reunited in 2009, and what better place to play then at the polo field.
-
Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
Oingo Boingo would be great, but I don't see it happening.
-
Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
If Depeche Mode got booked I might die of happiness.

They have reunited for other projects but it would be so great to see them again.

Bring on the emo/post hardcore! Im from Engine Down's hometown and saw them play several times. Love the idea, but seeing them at the Polo Grounds would be strange.
My list:
Jawbreaker
INSIDE OUT
Texas Is The Reason!
American Football
Desaparacideos
Postal Service
Discovery
Stone Roses
The Knife
Neutral Milk Hotel
The Kinks
Rick Astley

Re: 2013 Reunion Wishlist/Speculation Thread
Eurythmics won't reunite, ain't gonna happen. The Smiths won't happen. Neither will Oingo Boingo. I also don't see WHAM! as a possibility. And ABBA? well if they turned down a billion dollar offer to reunite, what makes you think they'll do Coachella.

I'd say Kraftwerk fits that description too and they have played twice.
