Obviously GV is the one who has to pay the fines, but I'm guessing maybe Dre will pick up the tab so he can finish his show.

Friday / Saturday are 1 am.
It stands to reason that GV would be responsible for the fines, whether they have contracts or whatever with the artists to pay if they go over is anybody's guess.
This poll is retarded. Even if the curfew was 1am, and even if the performers had to pay the fine (and none of that is the case) the answer would still be no.
