Dinosaur Jr. For 2012

One of my favorite bands of all-time and I've always wondered why they haven't played in the past, especially in recent years with Lou and Murph getting back in and all. Fuck, if this happened it would be great

I would love to see Dinosaur Jr. I think their last album is one of the most underrated albums in the last 5 years.

I would LOVE to see What Else is New live. one of my favorite songs of all time.

This thread has just prompted me to put on my only Dinosaur Jr. album (Green Mind) and its gotten me very excited about the thought of seeing them.

They should have played in 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11....

Pumpkinhead, you really need to shop for more of their stuff. They have 5 albums (maybe 6) better than Green Mind.

Check out You're Living All Over Me and Farm.

I recommend Where you Been.

Yeah, I'm somewhat familiar with their other stuff, I've just been really pathetic with building up my collection. Little Fury Things is probably my favourite song.

1.) You're Living All Over Me
2.) Bug
3.) Dinosaur
4.) Where You Been?
5.) Farm
6.) Without A Sound
7.) Green Mind
8.) Beyond
9.) Hand It Over

Though all of their albums are amazing.

I personally think this is one of the greatest songs ever,


That riff from 1:43 to 1:55 is too good

They are my all time favorite band and I've been hoping they would play for years too. I asked their management a couple months back if there was any chance that they would be playing Coachella and all I got was "that's really in the hands of the festival's promoters."

They should have played in '09. Farm was about to come out and them plus MBV woulda been noise galore

It's pretty absurd they haven't even played after all these years, please let this happen
