not necessarily. 10" is typically a max of 12 minutes per side... even if they crammed them full the tracks would only be an average of 6 minutes... but realistically you could also spread a 35 minute album across two 10" slabs.

edit: also, radiohead frequently at 45rpm and you can expect a max of 8 minutes per side if that is the case.
