Some thought will be given to Governor's Ball as it is in NYC. And I will certainly consider ATP if they have another festival in the area.
Other than that such resources will most likely go towards Costa Rica for a 1-year (or so) anniversary and other non-music related trips.

Bryan, have you looked at a judicial clerkship in state trial court? I don't imagine that they would pay well at all, but spending a year doing that would probably open the door to some great opportunities along the lines you are looking for. One of the ridiculous tragedies of law school is that the people who want to do something other than biglaw a) have no entry into the market and b) probably can't pay their loans with the salaries offered even if they could get into the market.Quote:

I actually have a high school teacher/close personal friend who is the senior trial judge in our area. If the interviews I have forthcoming don't pan out (I'd prefer to be working the criminal sphere) I am going to contact him about that possibility. I have major fingers crossed for a job at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center, which does the state death row appeals. I'm pretty well qualified for it considering I've done a year's worth of federal death row appeals, worked an innocence project and did a moot court focused on California state appeals.Quote:
