Re: 107.7 The End's Deck The Hall Ball
Phoenix are pretty great though. Like, they aren't amazing or anything, but their new album is solid and a lot of fun. 1901 is probably one of the catchiest songs this year. I don't know how Paul could say *yawn* to them. I keep meaning to download the rest of their discography, but keep forgetting.
And this show is GA. The website says so. But yes, WaMu can be reserved seating.
Re: 107.7 The End's Deck The Hall Ball
i personally prefer their old stuff. i think its kinda lame that they blew up wiht this album. fun fact thomas +guy-man were in a band called darlin with laurent before they split up to make daft and phoenix

Does anyone have access to the pre-sale password tomorrow? I don't want to give those clowns any kind of contact information.

Got my ticket too (unfortunately not at the original price). Maybe I'll see some of you there. Love some of these guys trying to sell them for $150 each.

VISQUEEN : 5:10p – 5:30p
VAMPIRE WEEKEND : 5:50PM – 6:20PM
PHOENIX: 6:40PM – 7:10PM
METRIC : 7:30PM – 8:00PM
30 SECONDS TO MARS : 8:30PM – 9:15PM
MUSE: 9:45PM – 10:45PM
This makes me unwilling to get scalped. We'll see if I can pull a face value ticket. They're starting to trickle into CL so I'm optimistic.
Re: 107.7 The End's Deck The Hall Ball
I'm so happy that Phoenix is doing their own show here in January, which makes this show so very unnecessary for me, especially with these weak ass time slots.
