Helpful Coachella veterans - I have a poster question

Last year was my first Coachella, and I was thrilled to find the fancy lineup poster in the photograph below at the merch tent...

Does anyone know if this the first time they've done a higher quality lineup poster, or is this a regular thing? I guess what I'm really hoping for is whether anyone knows if they might do a similar poster for this year. I looked in the online store and on eBay, and couldn't find any from years past.

I've sort of done a cursory (okay, half-assed) search of the forums, but couldn't find an answer to this question.

I realize I could simply wait for a little more than a week and get the answer up close and personal, but I was eyeing the wall in my bedroom earlier this evening and wondering if I ought to consider making some space up there. Also I'm impatient.

I remember they had one in 07, so I would assume it is a yearly thing.

I got the same poster last year, but was told that the previous year's poster was not available until the next year. With that in mind, I am hoping to buy the '07 poster this year to complete my collection. I highly recommend buying the almost complete set of posters early this year, then coming back next year to get last years if you missed out.

that 08 poster looks really nice...I should have bought one.

I think they've only had those special posters for 07 and 08.

I would bring money for posters just in case. If they did it for the past two years (and a lot of posters sold out last year) there is a good chance it will be back.

Also, as you remember, there's ton of merch that's priced through the roof- it's better to have it on hand than to get ripped off at the ATM.

I believe mastercard/visa is accepted at merch booths.

They have posters every year but I don't remember previous yrs being so pretty with the sparkle ink.

you might want to read this thread also ... emek posters are a bit expensive but they triple in value it seems in just a year or so .... i have a waka one and thats the only one i think i have anyway .... cr****
