I've only been to Coachella one year in 2007. I partied so hard into Monday morning that the sun was coming up and I realized i had to catch my flight. I left really early with no sleep so I was wondering...
What goes down monday morning into the afternoon at Coachella? Will you guys still be partying? Anything special for 4/20? Even though I left last yr pretty early in the morning, it still looked like alot of people had already left.

I'm amazed at the number of people leaving Sunday night. Monday morning is pretty low key - nothing much goes on that I remember. I spent over 2 hours getting out of the parking lot in 2007 if that gives you any idea.
On Monday morning most people just grudgingly get their stuff together. I know last year everyone that took the Coachella Express had to be ready by 9 think to get on the bus to the train.
o man...I didn't realize 4-20 day is the Monday after Coachella!!
I can't spend my 4-20 day traveling back to Chicago...
Anybody want to head to Joshua Tree and smoke weed all day??
That's a really, really good idea.
(edit) Let's leave after music stops, the campground quiets down, and be there to watch the sun rise.

it wasn't that bad, we had to get up at 9ish. the buses didn't load up until eleven or noon, and by that point is was starting to heat up again and the AC of the bus was nice.Quote:

nah, I sat myself down under a tree with clif bars and a collection of strange types of arizona. it was mighty tempting, but I was actually saving my mexican food craving for olvera st when the train got back.Quote:
