I like them on album, but man they gotta do something different with her voice live. They got booed hard before NIN in Calgary (not a dance music town or crowd, granted). She just basically yelled into the mic, and it wasn't down in the mix like on album.
Fun to watch her pogo around though, great energy!
I am also interested in touching her special area.

SRSLY got faced fucked by the chick lead singer with a strobe light. I danced my indie ass off and they were a lot of fun. This was while I was waiting to see Metric at HOB in SD.
I like the record more than I did initially. If they play Coachella, I'll be there, if scheduling permits this.
i fear an MIA situation with Crystal Castles. i don't think they'll generate as much as MIA, but they are getting more and more popular with the Bro population
So this statement was before I caught them live at the end of Oct. They did not impress. The lights were good but her questionable voice is god-awful in person. And their a little sketchy musically too. Basically most of their songs are much better on record, but Black Panther was wicked live. :2cQuote:
