Coachella 2008/Roger Waters DVD's?

Anyone have any idea if they will eventually release DVD's containing footage from the more major sets such as Roger Waters, Prince, etc?

I know they (obviously) had high quality camera's rolling from all angles of the place for the performances that were big. It seems to me they should do some editing and sell some DVD's. I would for sure buy a dvd-quality live recording of Waters' set instantly. I don't know if any bootleg copies will ever surface that are top notch sound & picture quality... Possibly.

Have they released single set's in the past in that way? I guess I have never looked to find out after previous Coachella's.

I have no idea why this doesn't happen, I'd pay like $50 for a good quality DVD of his Coachella set.

There was a girl with a super high quality camera video taping most of RW. Alot of RW/PF fans tend to be audio/video recording collectors. I would say there is a decent chance of one showing up.

If not lets make one, ala the daft punk 06 dvd.

never doubt the powers of the coachella community! i've got almost 3 gigs of video from the second pit against the center rail. someone said they were going to post an audio boot in the official bootleg thread once it's done post processing.

I talked to a guy interviewing people in the campgrounds and he said that they were going to release another DVD for the 10-year anniversary. Hope it includes Portishead!

bump. Found complete audio bootlegs (not just the DSOTM part) and dvd's of the performance, but all the links were dead..

Anybody got a link for the audio or video of that set?

I would love this, i think coachella is due for another dvd, with a lot of 08 plz, Waters, Prince, Boys Noize, Justice, Verve, Fatboy

prince would never allow the video to be put on a dvd.
