I live to sail...therefore, I work. In all things, music fuels my inspirations.

Between the high metabolism, excessive/extreme active life-style, and vegetarianism, the journey tends to focus on eating enough to maintain "status quo" w.r.t. body mass.

As a child I moaned a lot about how hard I had it. As an adult I am thankful for the stern upbringing that instilled in me a good work ethic and a sense of pride in the quality of my work. Above all else, I have learned from my formative years that nothing worth having comes without effort, and the REWARD is in knowing that your contribution is appreciated in some small way for having a positive impact on the lives of others -- not from glory and fame.
