I just finished the 5th season and I cant seem to think of any other TV series drama thats better from beginning to end.
Where do I go from here? Dont really have time for full length movies. Should I just cancel my Netflix? Ive heard Big Love is good?
Any advice?

I still need to watch Six Feet Under. I saw of the few episodes on Bravo and it made me want to watch the series.
Yes, definitely recommend the Sopranos. I also started watching The Wire. The first season starts off kind of slow but it has been picking up.
Oh also, if you enjoy comedy, Curb Your Enthusiasm is a must!

TWIN PEAKS
I would've said this as well, except the Lieutenant said beginning to end,and Twin Peaks started to bite it after we found out who killed Laura Palmer.
I also highly recommend The Prisoner.

I concur.
My suggestion is for you to cleanse your pallet with a little Veronica Mars then move onto Weeds or Deadwood.

Okay, so Ive already watched all of the sopranos. So now it seems like I should either move onto The Wire, or Big Love, or Twin Peaks? What is Veronica Mars all about?

I still have to watch the last season of Six Feet Under. I was riveted for all the previous seasons, and then I had to move somewhere where we didn't have HBO. I haven't gotten around to renting it yet.

this is off topic a bit but I can't find another thread to put it in and it doesn't merit one of its own.
the other night I watched CSI Miami -- the first time I've seen any of the CSI shows -- and I was really impressed by how truly awful it is. I mean the sets are cool looking and the plot actually wasn't too bad, but the acting was stilted and the characters so one dimensional and shallow that I wound up hoping they'd all get killed in the most most gruesome way possible.

CSI Miami is a fucking joke. It's positively abyssmal. I'm pretty sure that's its appeal.

The Wire.
McNulty is good police.
Yup. But Season 4, which was light on the McNulty factor, actually is my favorite season. Not that I've seen it, mind you. I don't have HBO so there's no way I would really know this. What I'm speaking of. That is.

The Wire
Deadwood
Six Feet Under
Sopranos
Veronica Mars

I'd never seen any of those shows. so yes, it was news, though not surprising news.

Yeah, the funny (scary) thing is I could picture millions of people hearing that dialogue and wishing they could be that witty.

I'd prefer a compilation of all the expository gadget functionality monologues.
"Who has the XJ72?"
"You mean the XJ72 that transmits the coordinates of this knife blade in real time so we can track the stabbing motions and pinpoint the killer from a distance of up to 70 feet?"
"It's right here."

HAHA! I'd like to see that. I posted the one-liner video too. I didn't know Valarie had done it too.
