is there anyone who worked at the key lime calamari tent that could give me the recipe for it? as well as the dip that it was served with. it was hands down the most delicious thing i've eaten in ages.

Wheres the beef?

Do a google search...most recipes are posted online somewhere...

Try these and see if they're close:

If those two aren't the right recipes, then try searching here:

Good luck!

I have a feeling it's probably the famous Key Lime Calamari from the Gilroy Garlic Festival...I guess it's a fan favorite every year, and a VERY closely guarded recipe...

As a Gilroy native I can honestly say the Garlic Festival has some of the best food around. I look forward to it every year.

I love Calamari but I hated it at Coachella. It was unbelievably greasy and gave me an upset stomach quicker than anything.

i had the catering which was fab (at first) but then i longed for the fried artichokes and wish i knew about the lime calamari. either way i had "not food you are used to" circumstances that were unpleasant.

lol

goes with the flow i guess (no pun intended)

ewww. we had a friend who had that issue. Is the company that did the pizzas an actual restaraunt?

The Hawaiian shaved ice wasn't cheap at $5, but damn was it heaven in the 40 degree (celcius... I'm Canadian) heat

The heat turned me away form the place. Looks like I lost out.

I thought it was odd there was a place selling Sushi in the Vip area, not really my idea of Coachella food...
