i know this might not sound important but since i dont wanna leave my ipod in the tent, will they let me take it into the concert? i would leave it at home but i got a long flight ahead of me. the faq says medium sized backpacks are ok but what does a large bag look like(size). its pretty silly to measure my bag. are the people running this all about money. i know water isnt that much money but its pretty ignorant to not let sealed water and food in. is there any way this will change? why cant they sit around and discuss whats practical and whats not. any help would be great. thanks.

Why wouldn't they let you take an iPod in?

Have you seen some of the cameras people carry around?

For what it's worth, I left my iPod in my tent last year buried at the bottom of my bag. Every night when I came back, it was still there.

I wasn't concerned with it being taken.

Yes, you can take your iPod in.

No, the water policy won't change.

Relax.

He said he was concerned that it would be stolen... (read! it helps ;) )

The FAQ says no audio recording devices. Would that be an Ipod?? you can record with an ipod, right? (I don't have one)

as far as I'm concerned... you can't record anything with Ipods.

So you'll be fine.

I left mine in my tent, and I didn't have an issue with it walking away either day.

I was thinking the same thing :) To each his own, but I met a lot of cool people last year.

Off-topic tip...Extra earplugs for people around you are a great icebreaker, easy to carry, well appreciated by everyone, and very inexpensive. I must have handed out 20 pairs last year.

I had a girl offer to pay me for the earplugs I gave her last year.
