Camping experience good or bad?

I'm thinking of camping onsite for the three days but not sure.I want to know your good and bad experiences. And is it worth it?

Best experience of my life.

I had a mostly good experience the last two years but don't plan on doing much sleeping. It's pretty noisy all night and the sun will cook you out of your tent around 7 AM, which is actually a good time to go line up for the shower truck.

I enjoyed it except for the fact that it gets so hot in the morning that you can't sleep in. I camped for 3 years, and this'll be my first time staying off-site.

In the past there weren't any restrictions on the size of your tent, as long as it fits into your allotted space.
