Using this link, it took us about 30 minutes to get in every day and about 15 minutes to get out every day.

What is the 1 ONE best tip you learned from the board this year and applied?

1) someone mentioned taking in a spray bottle. I stopped at Walgreens, and for $.99, I was able to stay nice and cool the entire weekend. The heat and the sun didn't bother me one bit because I could mist myself off. Brilliant.

2) I was able to sneak my vodka mini bottles in by putting them in a rounded pillow and then putting that pillow under my clothes. I'm already overweight, so pulling off a pregnancy look was easy-and I marched right in. The best part was that I could put the vodka in the lockers and then kept the pillow in my little backpack, so I always had a pillow to lay on.

I agree with a tent fans. I also got this cooling mist sunscreen from neutrogena that was really refreshing.

Next year if it's really hot again, I'm bringing in sptay bottles. I will also be toting sealed water bottles so I don't have to buy any.

I have to say: I read and absorbed a ton of advice from people about Coachella fest since it was my first time this year. I guess maybe it's because I'm from Texas, but the heat was not nearly as scortching as I was made to believe. It was like 95 at the hottest. And the nights weren't that cold either, they were mild and nice.

There was one bit of advice that worked out great. Sunday ended up being the hottest day, still nothing to talk about, but hot none the less... so we busted out our instant cold packs. those hit the spot!!

I have to say, I'm hooked on Coachella festival... I'm definately going next year. And my fiance and I are thinking of moving to California because of the experience. Nice people. :)

Bring umbrellas or traps to shield yourself if camping. Friday before the show was the worst because it was 95 with no shade and in our tent it had to be 120. like a damn sauna! i went in to rip a bowl out of my friends triple perc bong and nearly passed out mid-hit because it was so hot. and im from AZ!

Someone mentioned using neutrogena cooling mist sunscreen.... Thanks!

That shit is awesome. It's cooling so you want to put in on in the middle of the day, several times, which meant no sunburn @ me. Plus it wasn't greasy or slimey mixed with the copious amounts of sweat and it didn't smell bad. 8 dollars well spent there.

Ahh, mix the underarmor with Gold Bond powder and you have a nutsack that could keep your drink cold. Seriously, I got to the showers each night hot 'n' sweaty all over, yet the nether regions were cold and sweat-free after 14 hours in the raging heat.

Gold Bond pwns. Read further proof here (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=375921).
