Hell yea! I look forward to seeing Dinni and Mr. Rex again. Haven't seen them since last years coachella. is there anything to do around them? I know the guy used to live in one of them, but can you walk up or is it all closed off.

I've been seeing them for years, but only from the freeway

We couldn't remember where on the hours and hours and hours of driving we did when we past them. We ended up giving up our search on Monday and going back to BC.

yes.

Okay. Sorry to be stalkerish, but for some reason I thought you had black hair. I have a very visual memory.

And that's an awesome photo. I would have stopped there this year had I not driven in at like 9pm and back out at like 2am.

we went in the gift shop, had a short conversation with the guy working there about rubber band guns, took a few pictures then went on our way

Fuck, I wish I had gone and explored these. Why? I just heard that they are now part of a lulzy creationism museum. Can anyone confirm? Any pics of Jesus riding a dinosaur?

The inside of Dinny, designed as a museum with alcoves and frescoes featuring naturalist and evolutionary content, has been recently turned into a creationist museum promoting intelligent design theory.

That's fucking terrible.

First time I went in those Dinos I was like 8 O_o.

I hope they add a statue of Jesus to sit on one of the dinosaurs.

Bill Hicks said it best.

Fundamentalist Christianity - fascinating. These people actually believe that the the world is 12,000 years old. Swear to God. Based on what? I asked them.

"Well we looked at all the people in the Bible and we added 'em up all the way back to Adam and Eve, their ages: 12,000 years."

Well how fucking scientific, okay. I didn't know that you'd gone to so much trouble. That's good. You believe the world's 12,000 years old?

"That's right."

Okay, I got one word to ask you, a one word question, ready?

"Uh-huh."

Dinosaurs.

You know the world is 12,000 years old and dinosaurs existed, they existed in that time, you'd think it would have been mentioned in the fucking Bible at some point.

"And lo Jesus and the disciples walked to Nazareth. But the trail was blocked by a giant brontosaurus... with a splinter in his paw. And O the disciples did run a shriekin': 'What a big fucking lizard, Lord!' But Jesus was unafraid and he took the splinter from the brontosaurus's paw and the big lizard became his friend.

"And Jesus sent him to Scotland where he lived in a loch for O so many years inviting thousands of American tourists to bring their fat fucking families and their fat dollar bills.

"And oh Scotland did praise the Lord. Thank you Lord, thank you Lord. Thank you Lord."
