camping for the underage

so, i was wondering...

the websitesite says that all camping atttendees must be 18 or older, so does that mean that all people under 18, even with a chaperone or a friend that's over 18, can't camp at the site whatsoever? or can i bring someone that's over 18 and would that be ok?
