I am camping at Joshua Tree National Park during the festival and on their website they say to bring you own firewood. I have a few problems flying from Ohio bringing my own. One, theres a US Dept of Agriculture quarantine on wood from Ohio and two, I'm not bringing firewood on the flight. Anyone know where I could get firewood in Indio, Palm Springs, or even Ontario (where I'm flying in)? I would appreciate it.

Any grocery store or 7-11 should have firewood.

Don't forget there are quiet hours in the park campgrounds, starting at 10 PM, I think. You really want to be starting a fire at 2 AM when you get back to your campsite? I'm expecting that I'll slide out of the car, crawl into my tent, and fall asleep immediately.

But yeah, many convenience or grocery stores should have firewood.
