I also wonder if maybe contacting Ticketmaster and telling them that the tickets were lost might be an easier way to go? It seems that they have nothing to lose with printing out another set of tickets with a duplicate barcode, assuming you still have an e-mail proof of purchase. And plus, isn't this just the sort of thing that all those darn service fees should cover?

Yeah, luckily there is time. It'll work out.

How stupid are you?

Why would you leave tickets in a glove compartment of a vehicle anyway? Haven't you heard enough times that heat damages the tickets?

How stupid are you?

yah, what courtney said. call ticketmaster tomorrow and they will replace your tickets. My friend got his wallet (which contained his tickets) stolen like two weeks before the show last year and he called Ticketmaster and they canceled his old ones and emailed him knew ones.

Tickets are printed on heat-sensitive paper. Any contact with higher temperatures will cause the ticket to darken or turn black, so please keep this in mind when storing.

ewig, your in florida right? I imagine it get pretty hot in glove boxes there. You might have had to order replacement tickets anyway.

Delta, why do you act like you're some kind of villain? I almost see the board like some kind of Saturday morning cartoon.

A giant lizard monster is attacking New York City.

The Coachella Friends, "You'll never get away with this, Dr. Delta!"

The Evil Dr. Delta, "Imbeciles! I'm tired of your trolling around!"

The Coachella Friends fight the monster and shoot Delta back to his dark planet in the SigChi Sector, Zone 4.

The Evil Dr. Delta, "You idioooooooooooooooooooooooots!"

The Coachella Friends, "Well friends, it looks like we stopped Dr. Delta again. Let's go report back to Psychic Friend!"

the problem with this is that the tickets were bought during the presale by someone else. i bought them from another board member, so it's already 2 people removed.. and they're for a third person. jeez. don't think they'd go for that.

ewig, your in florida right? I imagine it get pretty hot in glove boxes there. You might have had to order replacement tickets anyway.

yeah, i don't think it will be a problem. it hasn't been that hot lately and they weren't there for very long. also, if it wasn't already obvious, i didn't MEAN to leave them there.

so right now i'm overnighting my car key to a friend who will then go fetch the tickets and overnight them back. fucking $30 mistake. hopefully nothing else goes wrong.

ewiggy, i had to contact ticketmaster last year when i mis-placed my tickets. It took about 1.5 hours on the phone and it was re-sent through the email. I would try and go through ticketmaster, but fed-ex'ing the copy overnight might not be a bad idea.

Usually i just save the tickets to my hard drive on my laptop and email my friend a copy so that we all can have our own copy and a duplicate of our friends tickets incase one of them gets deleted/ lost.

This seems like the most logical thing to do. Dealing with TM is a bitch and this way you are pretty much guarenteed to get your tickets. I hope this all works out ewig.
