Who will cancel?

The last couple years at least one band has cancelled after they were confirmed to perform. The Cocteau Twins killed me. Who will it be this year?

Who all has cancelled in the past? I can think of Future Sound of London, Cocteau Twins, Doves, Wilco, T. Raumschmiere and Division of Laura Lee. Are there others?
