If they were on the main stage or outdoor for an evening set, he would be the only one there. It would be worse than Pavement main staging

I was there. The show was great. The turnout was less than great.

Actually, I liked how few people were there. Rise Against just doesn't seem like Coachella material to me, though neither were Mastodon.

Guys half the people jizzing over the Black Keys last year would be slam dancing to Rise Against if they were there in any capacity

I was camping with a bunch of brits in 2011 who couldn't wait to see the Black Keys. It's safe to assume that they, to this day, have never heard of Rise Against. Again... this is Coachella, not warped tour.
