From the people who have been saying they are going on my Facebook feed, this might be a rough crowd...none have even been to the real thing, and if they can name one person on that lineup besides Girl Talk I'd be floored.

This is weird, because the venues look like they will be really intimate and that each act will play multiple shows, and it looks like they tried to curate a fantastic lineup, but I'm wondering if they would have been better off with Skrillex and Hardwell. Time will tell, I guess...

I'm leaning toward no. But if Simian and Yeasayer don't play the real deal, I'm going to be sad.

I really can't comprehend anyone paying seven hundred dollars or more for two shows of Girl Talk and Sleigh Bells. I can see a well off older crowd that flip out because they missed their chances to see Pulp and would love to shake it to James Murphy and !!! also just so happen to like cruises. How many rich bros can there be?

I see a mid-20's to 30's, professional, middle to upper-middle class crowd attending this. Entertainment industry professionals and the like.

^ Agreed, besides Girl Talk, Sleigh Bells, and Hot Chip I don't see too much of a draw for a very young crowd, especially for Bros to beg their parents to foot the bill for yet another Coachella festival, this time in Florida. I also don't see a fast sell out either for this, especially since they give us a whopping five days to save up and make sure we are available in Novemer for a five day cruise

... And to find a small handful of friends to do the exact same. I'll be very surprised if this sells out fast.

Can we now stop with the making fun of me for enjoying the idea of cruise festivals? lol

One other crappy thing is the whole ending on two days before Christmas. God knows how expensive flights will be out of Florida at that time, nevermind the timing.

The fact that it's 21+ means that the crowd will consist of people mostly people in their mid to late twenties. Hot Chip, Yeasayer, Simian, and James Murphy will be great, but I'm just not feeling the rest of the lineup.

Bros love that rubbish, but the facebook comments indicate widespread displeasure among tards, so maybe the douche factor will be low. 21+ helps.

My concern is that it will sell out quickly.

I think people who like one, some, or all of the acts on the poster are likely to attend.

Nobody makes fun of you because you enjoy cruise festivals. People make fun of you because your taste in music is fucking awful.

LOL I can go to the best concerts in the world but one KoRn show means my opinion is invalid. I love you guys.

I've seen a few people mention it's 21+ but I haven't seen that anywhere on the site yet. Anyone have a link?

nevermind, found it.

i think it's your constant video recording of these shitty shows that annoy people. I mean, you posted a video of you getting an autograph. just saying....

The lineup is very deliberate. Its going to be mostly cool chill people, no one is going to spend all this just to go and get wasted.

Also, I say bet on a good chunk of europeans. A lot of them will have already been planning FL vacations at that time so this with PULP is a no brainer.

This will sell out fast. Gotta think of the east coast new england kids. just because they are rich doesnt mean they dont have some taste in music.

Coachella is a brand now that doesnt need a line up to sell out. As indicated last year during the presale, if they had only one coachella of course.

obviously there will be coachella fans of all types but i think this will sell out pretty fast either way. but what is the capacity?

This will be a sell out.
I am going with several friends.
The line up will draw a bit older crowd with money to spend on this, not that real Coachella is a bargain now.
25-45 year olds with jobs who want to see alot of great music, not bros or parent-subsidized brats.
if you would struggle to get $700 together for vacay, Id rather not see you there anyway.

heavenlyhive, are you doing the Bahamas or Jamaica cruise?

I am neither rich nor in my 20s. I'm going b/c I've never been on a cruise before (and Bahamas is a non-committal three days), it's Coachella sponsored, Sleigh Bells are playing, and I have miles to use for my flight from LAX to FLL. I have been "cruise poor" for the last few months, but have paid it off and am now looking oh so forward to this. Bragging rights are an extra bonus, for sure.

I'd be there in a heartbeat if I had any vac left. Weezer was a blast (and a real mix of ages).

Are you a Pulp fan? What are five songs I must download now to become a believer? Thanks.

I'm more of a fan of their This is Hardcore era stuff - especially the title track.

Maybe just listen to their top 5 tracks on Spotify to get a feel.
