This thread is for all of you beef lovers out there to discuss anything and everything beef related. Post about your favorite places to eat beef, give recommendations, even post about what's not so good, and new restaurants to try.
The best form of beef I've ever had was a Ribeye steak from here:

They have fantastic starters and wine as well.
My favorite place to eat beef in Burger form (besides In N' Out, but you already know about that) is Umami Burger. If you're from SoCal then you probably know about Umami too. They have locations all over the Los Angeles area, and one in San Francisco as well.

They just opened up a new restaurant called UMAMIcatessen in Downtown LA which features the Umami burgers we've all grown to love, traditional deli dishes under the heading "The Cure," and charcuterie and offal offerings under the P!GG portion of the menu for all of you Pork lovers.
