If you bought tickets from Viagogo and you are waiting to receive them, post here with updates about your order. The company is (intentionally) difficult to contact, and while I'm sure I'll get my ticket, it makes for some crazyness. They are a broker for ticket sellers, and they mediate the whole transaction such that you have no way of contacting the rando who's actually sending your ticket.
If I would have known they operated like this, and that they were in the UK, and that they were so difficult to contact, I would have gone through another service. Oh, irrational sold-out-ticket-fever...
