Hotel Check-Ins

I did a search and nothing came up.

I'm wondering how easy it is to have more people in a hotel roo
than recommended. We got a Marriott villa and the room easily fits 10 people but we only registered with four. Do they have any security check points or other methods to keep people at capacity?

If it is desert villas then no (well, not when I've been). Just don't make it too obvious (IE - Don't ask for 5 parking passes). Had 15 one year in a 6 person villa.

Check in with four people and have the other six wait outside... get your keys and everything, go upstairs, wait a few minutes and have everyone else come up. They don't interrogate everyone walking on a hotel property lol
