I have done so many drugs and drank so much I am starting to have liver problems. I'm not dying but my liver always feels swollen and hurts. I hear Milk Thistle is good for your liver. Please use me as a example and don't do drugs. When you're young you feel like nothing can hurt you but when you get in your thirties you will start to feel the damage you have done.

I didn't even know that you can feel your liver. That's sort of weird.

I take omega-3 fatty acid supplements and a women's multivitamin that contains extra calcium and iron.

I've only begun to do damage in my 30's. However, I never drink.
I'm taking Flintstones vitamins and 5htp.

I am right there with you. I take milk thistle and multi vites everyday, along with yogurt and oatmeal every morning, and acidophillus after lunch, I try to avoid eating too late, and dink lots of teas...its amazing the difference in how you feel...especially after I started the acidophillus.

I used to experience these liver sensations while in college. It has subsided since graduating but I used Milk Thistle for a year or so while heavily abusing myself. It (supposedly) helps to maintain a healthy level of liver enzymes. My cousin has Hepatitis C and Cirrhosis and his doctor prescribed Milk Thistle to build and maintain the liver enzymes levels. My experience with it seemed positive as upon my post-collegiate physical I had my liver checked and the enzyme level was (shockingly) in the normal range. Also, there was no hardening due to scar tissue. Whether that is due to the supplement or a result of superior genetics (I was a hardcore binge drinker for around six years) I'll never know but knowing that the doctor overseeing my cousin's conditions prescribed this supplement indicates to me that it has the potential to be retroactively beneficial.

Acidophilus is a general name for a group of probiotics, often added to milk or sold as a capsule, which contains one or more of the following bacteria which aid in digestion: -

Lactobacillus acidophilus (A)
Lactobacillus casei (C)
Lactobacillus bulgaricus
Bifidobacterium bifidum (B)
Streptococcus thermophilus

...It's basically the live organisms in yogurt but you would have to eat like ten gallons to get the same benifits from one tsp of liquid acidophilus.

I had chronic stomach pains for over three years. Through countless visits to the doctor, only to have a laxative prescribed to me, I could find no relief. Then I started to take this stuff..after a few days I noticed the change in how I feel(as well in what I left in the bottom of the bowl :poo :winkiss ) I shed around 5 poinds the next week and havent felt the stomach pains since.

You will take the largest:poo you have ever taken in your life and be proud of it....hehe

There should be dosage instructions on the bottle (available at just about any nutrition store). You'd want to make sure but I think I took two capsules twice a day with food. I don't recall how many milligrams each capsule was but they were horse pills.

And, if you need something sweet, a spoonful of molasses will provide you with vitamins A, D, F and B2, as well as calcium and magnesium. My aunt takes it every night before bed, and she looks like she could be in her 30's still. She's almost fifty. But don't tell her I told you.

Started taking Milk Thistle and acidophilus from reading this thread a week ago, and after about a year of stomach discomfort I actually feel "normal" again. Canceling the trip to Waponi Wu. I don't really know if the milk thistle is working, but on day three of taking it I had sore flanks, er, kidney areas. Not sure if they're correlated but, food for thought.

Anyway, thanks and stuff.

there is 2 different brews of cambodian breast milk. the first one is a commercial product that goes by the name of 'mushacha' and is actually bottled in Laos, but the milk is pumped in Phnom Penh,Cambodia. This is relatively easy to come by and this is what i think your friend may have ingested at one point. the flavor itself is very nutty yet sour with hints of vinegar that leaves a bitter aftertaste.
then there is "Sisophon Sludge". this is an aged brew that is stockpiled and is distributed by the Kampong Organized crime syndicate and is very very rare ...rumor has it that it was pumped from the breasts of Pol Pots finest and most fertile concubines. The taste can be described as smooth and dark, hints of walnut with an almost minty aftertaste. It is only served in cambodia's finest establishments and like i said, is very hard to come by here in the states. im pretty sure he drank from a bottle of 'muschacha' unless he recently visited cambodia.
there are several fringe "microbrews" if you will scattered all throughout the country but they really arent worth mentioning as they are all diluted and improperly preserved.

Funny how the only results google searches bring up for "muschacha" and "sisophon sludge" are your posts.

For a minute I was worried that people out there actually were into breast milk so much that they had names for different types. Or that there were types at all.

I also have liver problems for about 3years now on-going my doctor is korean and kinda annoying he doesn't listen to suggestions just pay's attention to his views and doesn't listen to the patient and what they feel.
I've been through alot of drug abuse, coke, weed, extacy, perks, oxys(alot of pills) and 3 years ago to boot, i got stabbed 8 time's and "one in my liver" (didn't fully puncter it but partially) I've noticed certian movement's or bends, my liver will have a spasum and be uncontrolable almost like a muscle lock up, but my liver feels tense and pulsates almost like it's having a seisure and hurts to an extreme point were i gota vent in agony to push through it. Im also starting to see signs of blatter issue's constantly going to the bathroom and my mind is constantly aware of when im disgesting and almost as if I can feel it and it's partially irratating...and im finding my balls are extremly sore, ever since the constant bathroom breaks, but it's very random i'll be sitting on a chair or walking, and i'll get a sharp pain in my balls/groin area (both i'd say) and it's like i gota stop walking or stand up out of the chair, and wait it out until it goes away.

Any advice or help supplaments (im considering a full-body clense but scared)
