Since I'm practically new to this site and have found some time to let myself get sucked into the internet, what are you reading? Is it leisure or required (school/work)?

I'm currently leisurly reading The National Uncanny: Indian Ghosts and American Subjects by Renne Bergland & American Primitive by Mary Oliver.

Get started on A Dance with Dragons! Feast was my least favorite of the series, but it really picks back up in Dragons with the better characters. I was so disappointed when I finished Dragons because I don't know if I can wait years for The Winds of Winter.

If you enjoyed ASOIAF and the genre I would recommend the sword of truth series... I truly enjoyed that series over many years... It's completed and available in paperback now I'd GIVE give you my copies but i already donated them to the library now...

Dude i went to the bookstore and saw $35 coverprice and decided to put the book back... That's just OUTRAGEOUS!?! It's not like an oversized book with lots of glossy pictures... Not a textbook in college...

I called my local library and added my name to the short waiting list to check out the book instead
