They're - conjunction of They and Are

Should of - derived from should have and it's conjunction should've.
Yes, this one pushed me over the edge today.

While I'm at it... shortening words to u, 2, 4, instead of typing out YOU, TOO, TO, FOR... bugs me too.

And any other words that are mis-spelled
That should be other forms of the same sounding word.
