I really like this band and was happy to see they made it on the poster this year. I hope they get a decent time, I was a bit surprised they were lower on the bill considering they have become fairly popular recently.

Nothing like Modest Mouse. I think of them as a more poppy Edward Sharpe. I enjoyed their set at Lolla and I dig the album and ep.

I thinkk they are overrated. I saw them at the Hammer Museum, nothing special. One of my favorite blogs http://www.musicsnobbery.com made fun of them recently.

he sorta sounds like Issac on Colours, but that's about it. They were great at OL last year...will catch em this year.

They're not at all alike.

Grouplove endorses iPods, Modest Mouse endorses Nissans.

I hate this band, Every time I hear on the radio " I am a man, a man man man up in the sky" I change the station immediately.

Ken doesn't like them, therefore, they'll probably be awesome.

Grouplove were great from what I remember at Outside Lands, and I am in love with their new debut album. Topped their EP. Coachella set with an epic crowd should rage!

I don't hate them, they are just overrated. Musicsnobbery was making fun of their lyrics as being inane.

Well, Im stoked, this is a must see for me on Saturday. I dont really listen to the radio so I dont know how over exposed these guys are. Should be a nice surprise....

I don't listen to the radio either. Even if I did, they wouldn't play them on the radio here.

Saw them at the Wiltern in September as an opening act. They rocked the house pretty hard and the group had good audience interaction. Should be a good 2-4 pm tent act.

I'm expecting a sizeable crowd like Two Door Cinema Club had last year.

Funny, that's who they opened for at the Wiltern in September.

They play Tongue Tied and Colours all the time here... Then again, there's only one radio station I listen to a lot, but I imagine most alternative stations have given Colours some airtime.

I'm really excited for these guys. This is definitely a can't miss set for me.

Colours is the song that sounds like Modest Mouse...at least I can kind of hear why that comparison would be made.

So these guys are playing on Friday now? What happened to Saturday? I don't like that they're on the same time as Jimmy Cliff.

This was very, very good.

menikmati

They were good, but the teeny bopper crowd up front sucked.

Alchemy

There was teeny bopper crowd up front for Thundercat that seemed very out of place. They didn't suck too bad, but their group kept getting uncomfortably larger.

This was one of the most fun sets on Friday for sure, lots of bouncing and clapping and singing, but the light summery vibe of the tunes really made me wish it wasn't as cold as it was at that point. The main girl's dress/over leotard was one of my favorite Coachella artist looks of the weekend. Hahaha.

Excellent set! loved every single song! Great band. I dont think i need to see a solo headlining set or anything now. But I would gladly watch them again at a festival anytime.

Saw them open for Two Door Cinema Club awhile back so I skipped them...BUT, I did happen to walk by as they covered Whitney's 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody', which was dope.

Being that these fucks started the stupid feathered headband craze the last time they played, their new Shark Attack song has inspired me to glue a dorsal fin to my back and run through the crowd biting anyone with a headband.

Wasn't that MGMT?

I don't know if MGMT may have had a hand in the feather thing, but Grouplove had the Colours video with plenty of feathered headbands, so that's where I lay blame. Plus, I just like the idea of wearing a dorsal fin and performing random shark attacks.

Pretty sure the whole feathered headband thing was already in full effect when that video came out…
Don't blame one of the better bands on the lineup!
