That brown noize is worse than Aidz!

I am worried about the brown noize. Is it true this brown noize that causes problem down below? Should I wear earmuffs for some of the concert of low noize in case of brown noize? I am not worried about Aidz guy, I can stay away from him but brown noize could be every where! What should we do!?!?
