The black and white cat there does rule but overall I was let down. The black text was entirely unecessary. And the other cat seems fake.

Maybe I am just pissed because Max just scratched my hand the fuck up because he was happy lying in my just washed socks and I was trying to sort them and put them away.

Yeah, the trees are even fake down there. The clock tower has been rebuilt multiple times because of the fires(from Back to the Future). I'm thinking about buying the super special all-year vip pass so I can go take pictures of Room #1 in the Bates Motel. They also have an old 50s car sitting in the Bates Motel parking lot now. The trunk is ajar and a body is visible inside.

carried over from The Office thread on the old board...

so we got there, and the gates were open, but they weren't filming. the star trailers weren't there. jennie, i realized when i got home tonight it's probably because the golden globes were on. so yeah, jennie, alex and i drove back and forth on the street wondering if we should drive it. basically, i'm a pusssy and i didn't want to get caught. after a while they convinced me the worst that could happen is they ask us to leave. so we drove in, drove by dwight, pam, and michael's cars (complete with PA license plates), and drove right to the front of the building where they film all the parking lot scenes. i parked in dwight's space (they had moved all the cars to the back behind the building) and jennie and i walked over to the front door while alex pussied out in the car. i saw the little sign in the lobby that said "dunder mifflin, suite 200. vance refrigeration, suite 201." jennie tried the door and it was open!!! so we both freaked out a little and then worked up the courage to walk inside. the security booth where dwight received an honorary badge was right there to your left when you walk inside. the lobby was really really small. like one chair. jennie started to walk down the hall but we heard some men's voices in a very near room so we booked it out of there. then we just drove back, checked out the cars again, and drove out. a few people saw us but i dont think anyone gave a shitt. here are my pics from my camera phone.

Mccabe, is Simba your cat? I am amazed whenever I see that other cats like to play with stuffed animals. My cat fears and loathes all stuffed things no matter how big or small. She kicks ass when it comes to things that are alive though. She's a weird one.

Simba is my parent's dog. She is a mastiff. The painting that made it into your collage is of her. She is about 125 lbs. At one point we were trying to get her a stuffed Pooh that was approximately her size but the best we could come up with was about 2 feet tall. Good but not quite there.

The dogs before her were German Shorthair Pointers. They were bird dogs. She does not even realize birds exist. A covey of quail usually lives in the bougainvillea in my parent's back yard and Simba doesn't even watch them. Bonnie and Clyde would never've allowed them quail to take root.

The cat that used to live at my house was Max. He no longer lives here (he moved out several weeks ago.)

Is this Simba? The puppy in the painting, but grown up? I love Mastiffs. We have one here in our neighborhood and that guy is huge. I think they bought him for protection, but he just looks too friendly. He has a very happy-go-lucky kind of personality.

My cat would have those quails in a heartbeat if given the chance. She's ambitious like that.

mountmccabe
01-18-2007, 07:38 PM
Yes, that is Simba. They bred the fight out of the mastiffs since they are so big and used to be war dogs so now they are generally very friendly. The only thing is she gets excited and doesn't quite realize how big and strong she is.

If my parents ever decide that they need to get rid of the quail I'll let you know.

Why would you say that? Trout are the most attractive and streamlined freshwater fish out there. What do you prefer? Bass? I suppose bass fight harder. We don't have any out here, though, so I wouldn't know.

Someone posted a gif on the old board's random photos thread that was quite amusing, and I've been trying to find it ever since (short of weeding through the old board, which I am much too lazy for.) It was a clip of a horse running, only it was just the head attached to two legs. It was really funny, if not a little awkward looking. Does anyone still have it?

I still remember that miniature photograph that Dustin posted of lambs in my guest on the board thread.

This is Kevin was a mean thread. I don't know if we could get away with that type of nonsense anymore without getting sued.

i saw camera obscura a few years ago at the troubadour during the summer. it was hot, and i was sitting in the front row of the balcony, and it was pretty much the most relaxing show i've ever been to. i was really excited to go to their el rey show but now i have other committments.

The tickets have a magnetic strip that can be messed up when close to metallic and magnetic objects. In Japan you can pay for your subway ride through in infrared beam in your cell phone.

People - remmeber the rules. No random pictures from the internets that you didn't take. These must be random pictures that you took and somehow relate to you.

So, unless that's your tits and pussy, stills, that's not gonna fly.

mountmccabe

I think they're allowed if they're taken by a friend or something as long as they're still of you and/or places you were/things you were doing. You didn't take those pics of you now did you Jeff.
