Man, that was super awkward. I was fairly sure he was gonna stab someone during that angry version of "Crazy" or when they cut the sound.

In related news, that bass player was totally adorable.

I loved the band!

Cee-lo not so much. Doesn't deserve a better slot.

one of the weirdest shows I've ever seen.

didn't bother to see his set, but it sounds like some of the same bullshit as when my band opened for him in San Diego last month - he showed up way late, played for barely more than 20 mins., seemed wasted, talking about how he flew down on Steven Spielberg's private plane, etc., but that in the hurry they forgot a lot of their music (didn't even have a band w/ him), so it was over before it even got warmed up. he even hardly sang the lyrics to his most popular songs, leaving the crowd to fill in for him. total crap.

So what was the reason for him not playing on time?

hahaha, was I the only one who enjoyed it. All I wanted was for the songs to stop playing so I could hear him talk and swear more....Should have given me a better fucking time slot! bahahaha

I actually stuck around and caught most of Odd Future (for whatever reason) and then went to catch some of Cee Lo's set. I walked past Gribble and can't remember exactly what he said, but he basically said it was already over. As I walked up to the Coachella Stage, you could see on the big screen that Cee Lo was walking off mad and he threw his towel. I was a little disappointed, but would have been more angry if I would have been there from the beginning.

Luckily, to everyone's surprise, Lauryn Hill's ensuing performance ended up being awesome.

Tbh, I was so excited for Cee Lo's set and obviously I walked away very disappointed. But more than that, every time I've seen him on television since then (he's plastered all over the TV), I can't help but think what a fat hack he is.

I love Soul Food, ...Soul Machine, Gnarles Barkley, all that. I even dig the new album! For a guy who's created a ton of great music over the years, he seems like the biggest douche ever. So obese, to the point where he's winded and soaked after one song... Just pisses me off... Rant over, I guess.

Cee Lo looks like a full grown dwarf. Look at his hands.

Maybe, but her bass was out of tune the whole set. How does that even happen.

TMZ once said that he had "arms like T-Rex" in proportion to his body.

An instrument in the cool shade and put into 4pm desert cane can throw it out of tune quite quickly. Not fixing the issue is the big question mark.

That female band got canned soon after Coachella.
